About Beverly Groves Therapy
When Lezlee Hays LPC founded the independent practice in 2018, she named it after the neighborhood surrounding her office Beverly Groves Mannor. The neighborhood was filled with orange groves. Lezlee wanted to convey the idea that a grove of trees provides safety and cover.
We emphasize in our practice the safety and autonomy of the client in our care, which we hope provides the client the space they need to grow and heal. We have since moved to a newer office, but the imagery of the grove remains as an important reminder of our dedication to provide clients a space for safety. Our new office is also located just off E Orangewood Ave in the heart of North-Central Phoenix.

Lezlee Hays LPC
Founder and Clinical Therapist
Lezlee has extensive experience working in community mental health helping children, teens and adults. Lezlee works in collaboration with you to determine the best methods to achieve your counseling goals. She specializes in the treatment of ADHD and has worked closely with clients diagnosed formally with Bipolar, PTSD, OCD, ASD and ADHD.
Lezlee emphasizes in her practice the safety and autonomy of the client in her care, which she hopes provides the client the space they need to grow and heal.

Lezlee has a master’s degree in professional Mental Health Counseling. Lezlee has a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Lezlee is EMDR certified through Trauma Recovery EMDR Humanitarian Aid Assistance Program meeting the EMDRIA requirements for Basic EMDR Training.
Lezlee is certified to practice Accelerated Resolution Therapist through the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery.
Lezlee is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Arizona & Idaho. -
Lezlee works with a wide range of adult. teen and child clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, are struggling with interpersonal relationships or are navigating life transitions.
Lezlee has extensive clinical experience working with clients diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, ASD, OCD, Depression and Anxiety.
